Our smartphone has become an indispensable part of our daily lives. We often spend hours on our smartphone in one day. WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube are apps that we use a lot. The Social Media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat all have different functions and instructions for use. Which Social Media channel do you use the most?

Facebook vs Instagram?

Previously, Facebook was one of the largest Social Media channels. Now Instagram has really caught up in the last year. Instagram is really growing and often comes with new features. Now you also have Instastories, for example. You add a photo or video here and it will remain visible for 24 hours. You can also save this story in your Instagram 'highlights' so that it does not disappear after 24 hours. Instastories is also increasingly used to more activity on your Instagram profile to obtain. For example, you can add gifs, text, emoticons, location and hashtags to an Insta story. As you can see above, you can do more and more with Instagram. Facebook now also has a 'story' where you can add photos. Perhaps a little 'mustard after the meal', but it is an option that you can use. It just depends on what you find important when making the choice to use a particular Social Media channel.

Instagram activities

In addition to uploading photos that are placed on your Instagram account, you can use Instastories. These will appear at the top in 'stories'. You only see the stories of the people you follow. If you follow each other, you can also send each other personal messages. In our daily lives we are often confronted with Social Media. When we are in the store, standing at a bus shelter or when we are watching TV. Just think of how many people around you are standing with their phones in their hands. In other words, Social Media is everywhere.
